These pitted Taggiasca olives are a superb product from the Liguria region and one of the most famous in the world, not only for the production of olive oil, but also as table olives.

They are characterized by a sweet taste and very low acidity, which confirms their superior quality. They are excellent for consumption as a snack or appetizer on their own, such as part of the Ligurian culinary tradition which offers us many recipes to incluse Taggiasca olives.

Try them with meat (for example, in San Remo stewed rabbit or with lamb with olives), as a side dish and in a sauce, and also with fish. However you decide to enjoy them, Taggiasca olives are a unique addition to any dish and any table!
