These General Terms and Conditions represent a legally binding agreement between Olimport.bg store (the store) and the users (you) regarding the services offered by Olimport.bg. Users agree that Olimport.bg has the right to process their personal data in connection with the use of the website's services. In order to serve you and fulfill your orders, the following data must be provided:

- First and last name

– e-mail

- Contact phone number

- Invoice and delivery address

- Postal code

Subsequently, you have the option to correct this information from your personal profile.

The data we receive when placing an order, registering, or browsing the pages will be used solely for your service – accepting and executing orders, newsletter subscription, contacting you in case of order-related issues, and improving the service of Olimport.bg. We guarantee that this data will not be provided in any form to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above.

Your user profile can be deleted from the Olimport.bg system along with any associated data upon your request.

  1. Orders

Every order for a product or service through the Olimport.bg system is associated with an obligation to make payment according to your chosen payment method. We accept orders 24 hours a day, including weekends and official holidays. During the ordering process, you have the opportunity to see the products you are purchasing, their prices, your name, email, phone number, address, postal code, delivery method, and payment method. After completing the order, if it is your first order, you will receive a phone call from us to confirm the same information. For subsequent orders, you may only receive confirmation via email.

Placing an order for product(s) through the e-shop signifies your explicit consent to enter into a distance selling contract, which is regulated by the Consumer Protection Act.

To avoid errors, we do not accept orders over the phone. You can always contact our team at +359 2 958 65 92 to obtain information about our products and services, file a complaint, or check the status of a previously placed order through the Olimport.bg system.

  1. Prices

All prices are in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) and include VAT. The prices of the products are displayed without the delivery cost, which you can obtain information about during the ordering process. There may be a slight difference in the delivery price depending on whether you pay by debit/credit card or Cash on Delivery. When paying by Cash on Delivery, Econt charges a percentage on the amount of a cash on delivery collection order!

  1. Issues with order fulfillment

Although we strive to fulfill all orders with accuracy, the execution of your order may be hindered due to one of the following reasons:

  1. One of the ordered products is not available; in this case, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email.
  2. You have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information, such as name, address, phone number, or postal code.

In the event of a discrepancy between the received products and the ordered products or any inaccuracies on our part, we will bear the costs of subsequent return and replacement of the mismatched products. If delivery is not possible due to reasons beyond Olimport.bg's control (e.g., you are not available at the specified address or do not respond to the delivery personnel's calls), your order will be returned to us until we can reach you.

  1. Payment

Orders can be paid using one of the methods provided in the e-shop, according to your choice. If you choose a payment method other than cash on delivery, you agree to make an advance payment for the total amount of your order to the bank account specified by us.

We offer 2 payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery: You pay the courier upon delivery of the order.
  • Payment upon pickup from our facility: You pay in person at our office when picking up the order.

7. Delivery and Receipt of Products

  1. By confirming your order, you agree to pay the price of the selected products and the specified shipping costs.
  2. Delivery to an address: You select this option during the ordering process after providing the accurate address, names, postal code, preferred delivery date, and any additional instructions.

8. Cancellation of Order and Returns

You can return the purchased products without providing a reason within 14 days from the date of purchase, under the following conditions:

  • The products must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • There should be no signs of use, damage, or stains.
  • You must include the original invoice or order document that you received with the products (you will receive an accompanying document, such as a fiscal receipt for cash on delivery or an invoice if requested).
  • The return shipping costs are at your expense.

You can either exchange the products for others or request a refund. We will refund the value of the products, excluding the shipping costs. Any amounts paid upon delivery or in person will be refunded only via bank transfer to your personal account within 14 days from the date you notified us of your cancellation.
