Delivery Conditions

All orders from our online store are carried out through the courier company Econt.

The delivery cost for online store orders is borne by the buyer.

The delivery price is calculated at the time of your order and is based on the current rates of the courier company. The order price is added to the final payment amount before you complete your order.

Payment method: Cash on Delivery.

Orders are processed every working day until 11:00 AM, after which they are dispatched through the courier company.

If there any problem occurs with the availability of your requested product, we will contact you immediately. Confirmed orders are usually delivered to the courier within the same or next working day.

Delivery of goods to Sofia takes 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery of goods to all populated areas, to any point in Bulgaria, takes 2 to 3 working days.

In the event of a change in the value of the ordered goods between the dispatch of the order and its initiation, the customer pays for the goods at the price at which they ordered it. Olimport Ltd. reserves the right to refuse/cancel orders, as well as to change prices without prior notice.
