Our main cause is to support the industry and contribute to the development of culinary arts in Bulgaria. I engage in daily conversations with our partners, understanding their needs and challenges and together we seek solutions.

We provide support not only on a product level but also on everything related to the sector's work. Annually, we support the National Culinary Cup of Bulgaria, particularly in the "Young Chef" category, where we reward all the winners and accomplished students. We also provide products for the participants from the Sofia Vocational High School of Tourism to adequately prepare them for the gold medal. Tears of joy are not something you see every day, but when I see them in the eyes of children, I know that everything has been worthwhile.

I believe that competitions foster the development of culinary arts, stimulate the acquisition of new skills, and provide a platform for exchanging experiences. This is part of the greater cause of "Olimport" - to support young professional chefs and students from Sofia Vocational High School of Tourism.
