Made with craftsmanship and care, this blend is a fusion of intense flavor and light texture. Saturated with spiciness and fresh grassy notes, it has a wide range of applications – as a dressing in its cold form to for cooking while maintaining its taste and structure.

This product was awarded Gold Medal for Top Quality Original consumer product at the most prestigious food and drink expo in Bulgaria, Inter Food & Drink 2003.

Acid content - 0.3%, with values below 0.8% being the quality standard for extra virgin olive oils.
