Castelvetrano olives are a beloved Italian delicacy. They are often referred to as "dolce" (sweet) and come from Castelvetrano, Sicily, representing the olive variety known as Nocellara del Belice. 

Can be excellently combined with sheep's cheese and fit perfectly into salads, antipasti and hors d'oeuvres.
