Olimport follows its main cause for increasing knowledge and quality in culinary education in the country, consistently working with all its partners and like-minded people. Therefore, we didn't hesitate to accept the HRC Culinary Academy invitation to lead a lecture in olive oil. Our owner and main driver, Milena Assenova, presented to the HRC students a diverse lecture in types of olive oil, their use in professional cooking and how to recognize real from fake extra virgin.


The lecture focuses not only on the difference in the quality categories of olive oil, but also on the importance of the well-informed choice of the professional chef, the deep and serious problem with fake olive oils on the market and numerous practical advice for the future chefs.


Our presentation was thoughtful, useful and entertaining and quite expectedly caught the future chefs' interest who came from all over the World to gain knowledge, skills and experience at the Academy.
