A stellar international jury evaluated competitions among the best professional chefs and bartenders in Bulgaria
Biorest Cup took place from December 5th to 7th, 2023, in ToplocentralaSofia. The prestigious event included competitions among the best professional chefs and bartenders, featuring creative and business practical masterclasses, lectures from world-renowned figures in the industry, and a special exhibition.
During the forum, forces were measured among some of the most prominent culinary talents not only in Bulgaria but also in the Balkans. The aim of the prestigious competition was to challenge participants to showcase their skills, creativity, and teamwork in front of an international jury, composed of leading figures in contemporary Western cuisine. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the latest trends and techniques, along with the best innovative products on the market.

Olimport's decision to support the event was logical, as we have been an integral part of professional culinary forums in the country for years. We had the wonderful opportunity to welcome every visitor right from the entrance and treat them to delicious surprises - a joy for every palate. In addition to being an exhibitor, Olimport also contributed with prizes for the winners in the two competitions for the best culinary team and the best bartender.

It was a real pleasure to be part of this spectacle and to meet face to face both with the professionals in the industry and with all visitors to our stand within the event.
