For 15 years, Olimport has been fulfilling its mission of offering high-quality food products to the Bulgarian market, forming and developing tastes, setting trends and helping kitchen professionals to create masterpieces. During these years, we have become convinced of two things - the future of culinary in Bulgaria is in the hands of young chefs and they need encouragement today and now to choose to make their dreams come true in their homeland. Driven by our desire to support them, in December 2022, from the pages of Forbes magazine, we called for a reform in specialized education to make it more attractive, practical and adequate to market realities and culinary trends.
This fall, it's time to take another step in this direction As the official co-organizer of the Young Chef of the Year category at the National Culinary Cup 2023, organized by the Bulgarian Association of Professional Chefs, Olimport significantly increases the prize fund. This year, the winner of the first prize will receive BGN 5,000.
We know that the right motivation can play a crucial role in the professional development of any young person. It's up to you to reach for the opportunity and make it a reality!
Bulgaria National Culinary Cup 2023
November 8-11
Inter Expo Center, Sofia
Participants in Young Chef of Bulgaria category must be under the age of 19 and studying at a Vocational High School, majoring in Cooking.

Първа награда – 5000 лв.
Втора награда – 500 лв. + ваучер за обучение в HRC Culinary Academy на стойност 2000 евро
Трета награда – 300 лв. + ваучер за обучение в HRC Culinary Academy на стойност 1000 евро
Всички останали финалисти – ваучер на стойност 500 евро за HRC Culinary Academy
The competition is held in two rounds, on two different days.
Първи кръг: Индивидуално участие по предварително заявена рецепта.
Втори кръг: Черна Кутия – участват само първите 10 индивидуални състезатели, набрали максимален брой точки.
