The 23rd edition of the exhibition welcomed Olimport yet another time
High-quality products, participants from all over the world, hundreds of stands, culinary competitions and business contacts - these are just the touches that Inter Expo Center puts when it comes to the most significant industry event in our country, InterFood&Drink. The exhibition is a preferred environment for sharing experience and innovative approaches in food production and supply, as well as a modern business platform for participation in conferences, competitions, presentations, seminars, meetings, etc.
This year was the 23rd edition of the large-scale exhibition, and once again we conquered hearts and palates at our welcoming stand. We were fortunate to welcome culinary curious connoisseurs, professional chefs looking for inspiration, students from vocational high schools in tourism and their teachers, who accepted our invitation to join the forum. With great excitement, we presented the products we discovered during our visit to SIAL, Paris – one of the largest international food and beverage forums in the world. You will be hearing a lot more about them pretty soon!
Continuing our relentless drive to improve the culinary scene in our country and our belief in truly good collaborations, we presented the new product Cream Cheese with Olive crumbs and Oreganotogether with Bagri Dairy FarmThe product is made using Bagri’s technology for cream cheese from sheep’s milk (the only one in Bulgaria), our already awarded olive crumbs and Mediterranean oregano. Quite expectedly, it was awarded a gold medal and a diploma for a quality and original market product, won the hearts of many, and we are expecting its official launch in the retail network soon!
Everyone who visited our colorful stand during the event dedicated to the legendary food photographer Iliyan Iliev’s book Her - What is she cookingreceived an autograph from some of the gorgeous ladies who placed their author's recipes on its pages.
We are thrilled with yet another Forum, which took place in a friendly atmosphere, many culinary discoveries and strong inspiration for the upcoming delicious moments!
