Twenty one Bulgarian women, distinguished by their professional path in food, stand in front of the lens of the master of culinary photography to tell about themselves and present their favorite recipes. Chefs, pastry chefs, chocolatiers, nutritionists, TV presenters, fitness instructors, culinary educators, influencers and bloggers - in the book you will see them, perhaps in a slightly unfamiliar light. You will meet the person, the mother, the sister, the grandmother or the neighbor...virtuosos in their own kitchen. Along with traditional home recipes: banitsa, sourdough bread and crème caramel, they cook many Mediterranean and Asian dishes.
