Description

OlivesThroumba Thassos olives are a traditional Greek variety native to the island of Thassos. The variety is distinguished by a natural ripening process. They are also the only olives that can be eaten directly from the tree.

The olivesare small to medium-sized, ranging in color from dark purple to black, with a slightly wrinkled surface (a natural shriveling process). They have a distinctive, rich, and full-bodied flavor and a buttery texture, and the pit separates extremely easily.
