Sherry Vinegar J.R. SABATER RESERVA comes from the Spanish province of Jerez. It has an amber color and is characterized by a harmonious grape flavor and moderate acidity combined with a subtle sweetness.

It is produced from sherry wine (Vino de Jerez) and acquires its distinctive taste while aging for 2 years in oak barrels using the traditional Sorelas y Criaderas system. Its aroma highlights notes of vanilla and cinnamon, while its color has a delicate shade between old gold and mahogany.

A wonderful addition to salads, seafood, dressings, meats, and refined desserts.
