Olimport presents new products at the National Culinary Cup of Bulgaria 2016

Remaining true to its mission of selecting the best products for professional kitchens and supporting the development of culinary arts in Bulgaria, "Olimport" once again sponsors the National Culinary Cup of Bulgaria. On April 22 and 23, the event brings together participants and spectators at the Fair Palace in Plovdiv to meet colleagues and witness live competitions for the best young chef, baker, pastry chef, waiter, bartender, and carving decorator.

Traditionally organized by the Bulgarian Association of Professional Chefs, the competition attracts enthusiasts and professionals from across the country who want to learn about the latest culinary news. Olimport participates with a special booth, showcasing not only well-known and widely used products by professional chefs, such as Latzimas Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Del'Or, and delicious Nacos olives but also their newest offerings. Among them are Kyknos canned tomatoes, top-quality tuna and canned chickpeas from the Spanish company Montey, new vinegars (apple, white, and red wine) from Acetum, our traditional partner from Modena, roasted grape must MAESTRO aged in oak barrels, and our latest innovative cooking and frying product - liquid oil under the Del'Or brand.
