Olimport excells again at the classic and modern cuisine forum in Stara Zagora
For a third year in a row, Olimport takes part in the National Culinary Forum Evolution of Taste, in Stara Zagora, on February 7-8, 2025, at the Stara Zagora Cultural Center. The organizers of the classical and modern cuisine forum are Chef’s Secret and the Municipality of Stara Zagora, together with the support of dozens of companies from the culinary industry.
The event has established itself as a sought-after and appreciated, not only for Stara Zagora, but also on a national level. The organizers and participants continue to build on the platform, and this year they will welcome 17 chefs with live presentations of different styles and craftsmanship, will gather dozens of culinary exhibitors and will welcome more than 100 tourism and culinary students from all over the country. In addition, this year, the organizers are also building a Chef's Food Park, which will attract visitors to the city to pamper them with authentic foods and products.
As in the previous two years, Olimport is participating with a beautiful, delicious stand, where you will discover our top products such as 100% authentic olive oils, the exclusive flaky sea salt Salt Odyssey , as well as our new entries such as French Pommery mustards, Ligurian pesto, Taggiasca olives in extra virgin olive oil and much more! All chefs will cook with our premium oils so that every young talent can get acquainted with the types and applications of olive oil.
