The Big Table is back – more colorful, tastier and closer than ever!
On May 31st, from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, the streets of 11 August and Vrabcha will transform into a lively scene for meetings, art and shared moments! The heart of the Oborishte district will welcome neighbors, artists, small and large businesses and people around the Big Table – that special place where strangers become neighbors, and shared food is an occasion for new friendships. Sharing food with your neighbor is priceless. That's why this year we will celebrate the power of community with four editions of the event, each with a different location and theme. The first edition will be titled "Art Around the Corner".
Olimport will be there with a stand full of Mediterranean flavors. You will be able to taste and take home some of our new juicy olives, extra virgin olive oil, gourmet salt, the favorite mustard of the French kings. We will be happy to meet you, treat you and talk about food as we understand and love it – real, quality, pampering the palate.
On our favorite streets between the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and the Sofia Opera and Ballet Theater, art will be everywhere and around the corner you will find: * 60-meter shared table * exhibitions and art * live music * street performances * delicacies from the neighborhood and homemade specialties * many cozy moments together around the Big Table!
