At Gelateria Diana, they adore classic gelato recipes and are true virtuosos. What brought us together is the shared love of experiments and the fact that they don't compromise on products’ quality and preparation technology. They don't use ready-made mixes and bases, each cone of gelato is prepared using old Italian technology and carefully served to reach each of us in a perfect shape.
